I've been considering this for a while but I think it's time for me to step down. I don't have the time to play this game nor do I really enjoy it anymore. Plus an old man like me cannot keep up with you younger players anymore. As you've all noticed I'm rarely around unless a crisis happens and even when I am around I'm pretty lethargic.

With the duping glitches basically killing the drive for SS6 there is more likely than not a full reset coming. Be prepared for that. I am aware that it'll punish all the players not just the dupers but it's what's happening. Server and Perse will be looking for a new mod to replace me. My account's mod powers will be revoked as well so even when you see me I cannot change your nicknames.

It's been fun dudes and dudettes. Thanks for all the fun you mineman hackers as well. No amount of the headaches can ever be restored!

Despite the times we've clashed in the past, you've always been my favorite mod. You're fair and unbiased and you've always done your best to keep the server drama free. Have a fun time not being bound to the hellhole that is Standard Survival.

So sorry to hear this, Jester. Thank you for all of your headache inducing, hard work over the years, you were always the one to go to for anything server related and you always faithfully complied.

I do hope making the decision to step down will benefit you overall and please do drop in every so often to say hello!

Dang, sorry to see this. Good luck, Jester, and thanks for putting up with everything you had to endure as you tried to keep things straight and be fair at the same time.

For those who don't know, Jester was far more than just a mod. It was before my time, but Jester was responsible for the epic build in SS3, called Y'vetal, which legend says he managed to hide right up until the time the server reset for SS4. For several months after the reset you could still visit it on a locked down SS3. It was an entire city you could get lost in along with a harbor and multiple ships. It was a build at a scale I've never seen on Standard since.

Goodbye to moderator and epic builder alike.
